Area 1:
You should clear out Marisa or someone with your main nuker’s attribute in the first gauge, so the attribute immunity won’t stay in the last gauge.

If your nuker element is:

Water, Wood, Earth → Patchouli

Fire, Metal, Star → Marisa

Sun, Moon → Alice

I’d recommend using Fire (Cz1 Marisa or C5 Hecatia), since both Alice and Patchouli have Fire weakness. Metal (like C3 Sakuya or Lognako, though honestly, how many peole have MLB Lognako) also works, but you’ll need focused down cards.

You can try No Element, but it’s hard to set up and doesn’t do much damage here.

I miscounted 1 crit ATK up / crit DEF down on Patchouli, but it’s an easy fix.
Area 2:
Your best F2P option here is L1 Seiran. I tried Tsukasa with the same setup and she only did ~60% of Seiran’s damage. Seiran requires more crit RNG, but thanks to Auto Replay the crit RNG is much easier to handle.
Good units here is L1 Seiran, L1 Tsukasa, C3 Mystia... and someone else if i forgot .If you have the Shion card, you can get 2 Yin ATK II with only 1 card, as I show in the video.
If you want to nuke Sakuya, you’ll need some evasion down since she gets like +10 evasion and Seiran will miss a lot.
This arena actually gives you the best score with a lower setup compared to other areas. I have a max score video you can check out, though it’s mostly just for fun

Area 3
The "I don't want you all to have fun" area. You want to beat L1 Suika in 2 turns and A7.5 Suika in 5 turns. Don’t stall A7.5 Suika too long, because she gets +5 Yin and Yang DEF every turn. Someone with Moon ST works well for L1 Suika.

For the second wave, take 1 turn to set up buffs and full break first, then use the next 2 turns to nuke the last gauge. I had to MLB L80 Kaguya just for this area.

You want your best buffs and stored power here. Suika takes 30% less damage from Effective elements, so element inflict isn’t as strong as usual, but still useful. Honestly, I don’t know the perfect units for this area, it just sucks.
Area 4
Use hard-scaling nukers here, since they debuff your Agility a lot. You’ll also want someone with Yin ATK buffs on boost/graze, because Medicine debuffs -3 Yin ATK on skill. You can use F1 Marisa, CE9 Remilia, L1 Cirno can be use here too,... You can use F1 Marisa, CE9 Remilia, or even L1 Cirno here. Some other Water/Wood nukers with Wood inflict, Moon nuker with Moon inflict also work

Stall until Medicine uses her spell. She gives Single Target Resist to the whole party, so using AoE Last Word now will do 4x damage.

In my run I had to pray to RNG gods because my C3 Alice isn’t MLB. Honestly, I should’ve used F1 Koishi instead of relying on Mugetsu. My comp needed burn inflict from Alice and poison inflict from Koishi, if either inflict on Yuuka, reset. If Alice unbind missed Mugetsu boost, reset. If Alice unbind missed Koishi spell, reset. All of that is in the video.First time I did this comp, I spent 1h30 resetting just because Alice hates me.
Also, Marisa has +8 Yin DEF, but with her card she gets another +2, so it’s still max buff.

Area 5
You want to stall until Eiki uses her spell. She gives AoE Resist, so using ST will do 4x more damage. To stall her, you need to clear each gauge in 1 turn, or use Freeze RNG to buy 1 more turn to clear the last gauge.
With first wave: just use 2 Last Words, you’ll get them back after clearing Lily.
You want to debuff 15 levels of Yin DEF, because Eiki gains +5 extra after gauge burst.

Best ST nukers use Fire/Moon like L1 Reisen, L1 Hecatia, L80 Shion...
I tried S5 Kooshi, but she only did about 1/3 of Reisen’s damage with my setup.
