In this DIY tutorial, I’m going to show you how I created this magic energy ball that ACTUALLY glows! It’s actually very easy and looks really cool! You can use this method for any magic cosplay as well, including Agatha Harkness or Wiccan!
Supplies I used:
-Red clear cellophane roll (ebay or craft store)
-utility knife
-heat gun
-cutting mat
-glue gun
-plastic glowing tea light (ebay or dollar store)
