It took me 20 years to ride this trail 👇

Growing up riding bikes in the early 2000’s I dreamed of coming to Vancouver’s North Shore to ride trails like this one “Ladies Only” on Mount Fromme. In those days it wasn’t feasible or accessible for me to come ride here, then life happened and bikes went on the back burner.

In the last 4 years I’ve made a comeback, riding a ton and even checking out some of the Shores other offerings on Mount Seymour. After missing a BC Ferry back to Vancouver Island yesterday I decided to scratch that 20 year itch and go check out Mount Fromme. I only had time for one lap, so after pulling up the Trail Forks app I started pedalling toward the trail name I recognized most.. Ladies Only.

The climb up Fromme was surprisingly good and very unsurprisingly, the decent was epic! Thankful to be slowly checking things off the bucket list and to have the gear to make these rides safe, enjoyable and memorable 🙏
