सूत्रों के मुताबिक ईरान ने कतर की मध्यस्थता में अमेरिका के सीज़फ़ायर का प्रपोज़ल मान लिया है। वहीं इज़राइल के प्रधानमंत्री बेंजामिन नेतन्याहू ने भी सीज़फ़ायर के लिए हामी भर दी है, बशर्ते ईरान उस पर कोई हमला ना करे। अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डॉनल्ड ट्रंप के सीज़फ़ायर के ऐलान में ये साफ़ है कि ईरान को पहले सीज़फ़ायर घोषित करना है और उसके 12 घंटे बाद इज़राइल भी सीज़फ़ायर की घोषणा करेगा।
