AirVenture Trek 2023 - Part 3: Eureka Springs, AR to Wichita, KS - The Kansas Aviation Museum

In part 3 of our AirVenture Oshkosh 2023 Travel Series, we fly VFR from Eureka Springs, Arkansas to Wichita, Kansas, dodging some severe and rapidly growing storms along the way. Wichita was once known as "The Air Capital of the World", and in the 1920's was home to 16 airplane manufacturers, six engine factories, and 11 airports. Given this rich aviation history, we enjoyed our time in Wichita at the Kansas Aviation Museum, which we would recommend to any pilot or pilot family. Stay tuned for part 4 next week...
