Aloo Paratha is a dish from india from punjab region .can be use as a breakfast or dinner
main ingredients potato-wheat flour-butter or ghee
how to make
-For the dough
2cup wheat flour
salt to taste
warm water all together mix well once the kneading done cover and rest the dough for about 30 mts
For the filling
3 potatoes boiled and mashed
3onions finely chopped
3 green chillies chopped
5g coriander leaves
salt to taste
oil
heat the vegetable oil in a skillet .Add onions and fry then green chillies/coriander leaves
add salt then mashed potatoes .Give everything a good mix until the filling is uniform
Stuff/roll/fry
using hand or roller flatten a ball of dough and put the filling the centre
bring the side of the dough towards one another and pinch the gathered sides to seal
using oil or flour press down gently and make paratha
In a skillet once hot lay the paratha after one mts flip the paratha then apply 1 tsp of ghe
do the same in both side untill the paratha is an even golden colour
Now you can eat with yogurt and pickle
