Note: I could never get the sound quality I wanted in Windows, so I did this video in Linux.

Simple Screen Recorder (capture)
ProjectM (visualizations)
Note: you can use the last one with either PulseAudio (PA) or JACK. The plugin for Amarok version does not work, install independent program according to whether you have PA or not (in the latter case, and if you want to avoid PA for whatever reason, install the JACK server first).
