hi all. I have shown lots of single exercises. For the First time here i show a full routine. This is the way i normally train. ( have been asked by many to show a typical routine). :)
It also gives those new to this kind of training and idea of how to make their own routine i hope.
Now i promise i did my best to chop this down, however i still failed to make it shorter than 30 mins... sorry :(. But feel more sorry for me who does this for 2 hours or more.
0-7 MINS- Intro and striking to wooden dummy or pile/ post. As warm up. Most of body.
7-10:20 MINS- quick chi gung and postures, with footwork also shown/ very quick.
10:30-14:05 MINS- Iron hand training on rock, steel bag and iron fist on rock and bag.
14:06-20:10 MINS- Iron shirt and iron bone training. STEEL Beater. and IRON HEAD.
20:10- MINS to end. Discussion/ dit da jow/ training times, me blabbing lots.. :)
