Tech Tip | Switching 1 inch to 2 inch Set Up | Triad Extreme

We’ll go over how to switch your one inch setup into a two inch setup on your Triad. It’ll include switching out your one inch wedge to your two inch wedge and switching out your one inch rollers to your two inch rollers. The first thing I'm going to switch out is the wedge. T get to the wedge, you’ll have to take off the housing that is around the wedge. To take that off, you’ll need to remove the small bolt. The housing can slide out once the bolt has been removed.

To remove the wedge, you need to take out two small bolts. With the wedge unbolted, you can unplug the plug within the Triad along with its bolt. So now it’ll be easy to replace the one inch wedge with the two inch wedge. With the wedge replace, you’ll now want to take out the one inch rollers and replace them with the two inch rollers. Make sure you don't forget the key that’s within the roller. You’ll need it to insert it into the 2 inch roller. You won’t need the spacers from the one inch roller. Put the key back in place, your roller on the shaft, slide it over the key, and then put your bolt back in same thing for the bottom.

Now that your rollers and your wedge have been replaced, we can put the housing back on. Adjust the bottom overlap guide to line up with the edge of the roller. To do that, I'll just crack the bolt on the housing. Now I can slide my bottom overlap guide to line up with the edge of this roller.
