Why Family First Life Dropped Compensation 20%?

Family First Life, an insurance agent recruiting MLM owned by Steve Young's Integrity Marketing Group, lowered its commissions for new agents to level 80 from the previous level 100.

This 12-minute video discusses the reasons for the commission drop for new agents. As well, existing Family First Life agents will have their commissions levels reevaluated, and the vast majority of FFL will see an arbitrary commission drop to that level 80. Which really means that competitive carriers such as National Life Group will be paying 50% commission, which is about half the commission level that a regular agent would get by simply calling the carrier and requesting a contract.
