Weave and Waistwrap Theory: Intermediate Meteor Poi Tutorial

Meteor weaves are a cornerstone of meteor poi spinning--and knowing all the different arrangements of meteor weaves and waistwraps is essential for making use of them! In this video I'll outline the basic meteor poi weave variants and how they can be mixed and matched to create different poi spinning tricks. This is a sector of the tech poi world that meshes together pieces of different Flow Arts props in cool and exciting ways--learning meteor poi theory definitely helped me in my own work immensely both with my advanced tech and with my poi dancing.
