The spiciness is just right for me, and the silky soft tofu goes so well with the fiery broth!
And when you add mini gimbap and kimchi to the mix… it’s literally food heaven, right??
I usually go for freshly made kimchi, but today it was perfectly fermented, so I had it with the meal!
This was seriously the most delicious, healing meal ever.
