30 Minute Yoga Nidra Meditation I NSDR
This guided meditation will lead you into a state of non-sleep deep rest (NSDR), promoting deep relaxation and self-awareness, by using the classical Yoga Nidra system of meditation rooted in ancient tantric wisdom. Yoga Nidra is a dreamless state of deep sleep, a unique state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, where the mind and body are stilled but your awareness remains awake. Ancient Yogis practised meditation for spiritual purposes to raise their consciousness, transcend the mind and, ultimately, to experience enlightenment. However, you may choose to practise these ancient Yoga meditation systems for other reasons such as to manage stress, beat burnout, boost your focus/productivity, relax, or help you sleep better. Whatever your reasons for practising, I hope your mind is decluttered and your body feels rested after this meditation 🤍
