The practice of deep listening is such an important offering in this age of technological connection and over-stimulation. How can we really listen to our body and our heart when our senses are constantly stimulated, and we are pulled in all different directions? How can we hear the unspoken messages from our loved ones and friends to really connect deeply with each other? In this session we can offer some of our experiences in the practice of deep listening for you to experiment with in your daily life.
We were joined by Sister Chan Sinh Nghiem and Sister Trang Mai Thon from the Stream Entering Monastery of the Plum Village Tradition. The monastery website https://nhapluu.org/ has details of their online morning meditation program.
