Each video documents my transformation with weight-loss, changing my way of eating to high raw, while recovering not just my physical health, but also my mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My video blogs are a what you see is what you get. I haven't found any YouTubers that express quite how I feel and the struggles I'm constantly enduring, so I'm documenting my goals and transformation along with my truths, my struggles, frustration with my own food addiction, and my failures as well as my successes so I can look back and see where I started and where I'm going. I'm humbly sharing my journey so maybe someone else feels a little strange, weird, and alone.
