In terms of seasonal pest activity, as the weather warms up we will be expanding treatment and preparing locations and services to cover outer perimeters and areas to treat springtime pests as they begin to emerge. To note, you do not have to be home for your regular service. We just need access to your exterior areas or remote entry to your garage or home if you are comfortable with it.

This month, keep an eye out for bees and bee swarms along with increased small animal activity including gophers, skunks, squirrels, racoons, and possums seeking out shelter in your home. if you don't have these pests covered in your current scope of service, we can do a one time targeted service including humane bee removal and live animal trapping and relocation service.

As for commercial properties, we're adjusting our services to target seasonal springtime pests and we will be treating hot spots for insect activity including trash, utility areas and fly lights.

In terms of company news, please join us in welcoming our newest team member, Bryan Arguilar to the team! Bryan is currently undergoing our rigourous apprenticeship program and you can expect to see him out in the field and fully licensed over the next 6 months to year.

Our text message protocols are still in place and you will receive a notification text 5-7 days ahead with 3 day reminder. If you need to reschedule, please text us back with your preferred date/time, call us or talk to your route manager.

As always, we prioritize our regular clients above and before new business and if you do need a follow up or call back service, we're here for you! If you experience an increase in pest activity between scheduled visits, give us a call and we'll come out and take care of that for you at no charge.
