This full version video will show you how to make this healthy chinese soup using 益母草. First cut out the root portion of the vege and soak in water. Then wash them thoroughly. Boil some water and put the pork meat in for 5 minutes. Throw away the water and rinse the pork. Make sure the pork is sliced before boiling for soup. Boil the soup with this pork meat, add the washed dried almond and dried cashew nuts in. Boil them for 30minutes, then add all the washed vegetables in. Boil for another 15minutes. Well, the soup is ready. You can add a little bit salt but I usually don‘t add. This soup is very healthy especially for women.
