1 cup Raw Peanuts
1 cup Roasted Chana Dal
½ cup Dry Coconut Slices
½ cup Cashew Nuts
¼ cup Almonds
½ cup Raisins
10–12 Green Chilies
½ cup Curry Leaves
1 cup Cornflakes
½ cup Potato Sticks
Oil for Frying

Masala Mix Ingredients
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tsp Fennel Seeds
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1–1½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Chaat masala or Dry mango powder
¼ tsp Asafoetida
1–2 tsp Sugar
