In the Last video, that got more than 1M views, Alik shared with us how he grows the entirety of his caloric intake (food) on just 750 square meters, working on avarage only 8 hours per month!

That video has sparked a global discussion on ecology, sustainability, agriculture, and the overarching implications of what Alik shared, which touch us on a personal, global and family level.

Alik shared how, ever since the agricultural revolution ~10K years ago, humanity has been mostly surviving on 3 stable crops- Grain, Legume and Oil- which change according to where you live. The Idea was to grow only what can naturally grow using rainfall only and minumum effort & skill.
So what Alik chose was Wheat, FavaBean, and Olive Oil, All of which have been grown in the middle east for thousands of years.

But Many of you wanted to see what can he make with those ingredients!
What does he actually eat on a day to day basis.
So Here it is! We will learn how to make Fava Hummus, Fava Tofu, Falafel, Sourdough Bread, and a Cake- All of which using only what Alik grew on his 750m2 piece of land.
