Hotel del Coronado | Legendary Beachfront Luxury in San Diego

Step inside the Hotel del Coronado, one of America’s most iconic beachfront landmarks. Built in 1888 and loved by Hollywood stars, world leaders, and travelers from around the globe, this Victorian masterpiece is a timeless symbol of California coastal luxury. It has appeared in countless films — including the classic Some Like It Hot with Marilyn Monroe.

During our visit, we explored the resort’s historic lobby, beautiful gardens, event terraces, beachfront walkway and iconic red-turret architecture, before enjoying a relaxed oceanfront lunch at The Deck. With sweeping Pacific views, elegant design, and even the occasional Navy jet flying overhead, the atmosphere is truly unforgettable.
