Meeting Three Doctors & Ace at Scarborough Comic Con!

Come with me to Scarborough Comic Con as I’m on a mission to meet the Fifth Doctor (Peter Davison), the Sixth Doctor (Colin Baker), the Seventh Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) and the Eighth Doctor (Paul McGann)! They also had companions Nyssa (Sarah Sutton), Peri (Nicola Bryant), Ace (Sophie Aldred), Sonny McGann (Alex Campbell) and more! I had to prioritize meeting new Doctors, so I unfortunately didn’t get to meet Colin Baker this time but I had met him just a week ago at Bury Comic con! I got to get selfies and videos with the Fifth Doctor (Peter Davison), the Seventh Doctor (Sylvester McCoy), and Ace (Sophie Aldred)! I got an autograph from all of them plus Nyssa (Sarah Sutton) and I got to meet the Eighth Doctor (Paul McGann), Sonny McGann (Alex Campbell), and Peri (Nicola Bryant). And all at the beautiful Scarborough Spa right on the seaside with fireworks at night! Does a day get any better than that?

Suffice it to say, the saying “Don’t meet your heroes” is incorrect in this case! Meeting my heroes was incredible! I highly recommend it! They were all so nice and kind and present and wonderful. I can’t say enough nice things about all of them!

I almost didn’t make it at all to the convention as it started in the morning when I was three hours away staying in Tutbury and Hatton with my friend Aaron Ball (All Things Doctor Who):    / @aaronballvideos   He helped me put together my travel plan and get me to the train station on time despite our bus breaking down! I can’t thank Aaron and Lynne and Barry enough for opening their home to me and making sure I had plenty of food and a place to stay for the night!
