Char Hor Fun is one of the most popular Penang street food that is available at almost every hawker center. It is simple to make at home except for the "wok hei" which is difficult to replicate with our standard cooking stove. Besides wok hei, my version is also missing the vermicelli which is usually served together with the flat rice noodles. Nevertheless, this dish is my comfort food and I don't mind to have it every other day.
