Tonight’s video was requested by one of our family members, I promised to have it out Sunday but I was having some body troubles! I’m all good now haha but anyway this was a requested “body affirmations” video. I will be softly whispering for the first mmmm around 15 minutes, and then it strictly becomes deep, up close whispering with nothing but 100% affirmations. The first 15 minutes I do them too, only there is some talking in between. I hope I did this correctly per request!
