Just across the river from New York City we find a little light rail that packs a big punch. This is the New Jersey Transit Hudson Bergen Light Rail, and with the help of @AverytheCubanAmerican, I'm riding it from end to end to see just how transformative it is. But if the HBLR is so great, why haven't I heard that much about it?
