Night Tour of SHIMBASHI, Tokyo

Shimbashi is an area in south-east Tokyo with a major station, bars & restaurants. Take a walk around Shimbashi, Shiodome & Ginza with me at night and see what there is!

Shinbashi is popular with Japanese salary-men in the evening as a place to go out. I found it a convenient area to stay in Tokyo, with a well-connected station on the Yamanote Line. You can easily walk to Shiodome and Ginza, and it's close to Tokyo Station for the shinkansen. In the video you can see some of the food and places to eat, hotels, a small shrine, a vending machine restaurant, designer shops in Ginza and the beautiful winter illuminations at Caretta shopping mall in Shiodome.
