Welcome back to my channel
This is the season of pumpkin. my neighbor gave me very nice pumpkin, kabocha pumpkin or normally people call it Japanese pumpkin. Mostly dark skin color n very intenst yellow orange from inside. Perfect for dessert or cake.
So I just straight away cut it n make a nice cake.
Hope this recipe can give u more idea to make something from your leftover pumpkin or just give u more variation to eat pumpkin.

Pumpkin cake
Ingredients :
250 gr steamed pumpkin
5 eggs
150 gr butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
150 gr sugar
50 gr milk powder
180 gr all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
A bit almond flakes (optional)
