The hit TV series Yellowstone follows the Dutton family, who controls the largest contiguous ranch in the United States, under constant attack by those it borders – land developers that make billions, an Indian reservation, and America’s first National Park. The session will do a deep dive into several planning topics that play an intricate role in the plot line of the series: changing zoning to protect the ranch; riparian water rights; eminent domain to build an airport; Indian reservation casino development; land use planning from the Governor’s office, and more.

APA Florida is a membership-guided organization, with twelve Sections geographically located around the state.
