I continue my "How to Twirl a Baton" channel with the "Beginner Baton Twirling" series by teaching my version of what I like to call a Toss Arm Swing. This move is one of the most common toss tricks for a beginner to learn in baton, so it is very important to learn it and to learn it right! This trick is the starting point of learning more difficult tricks that you will learn later on through my channel. I go over this move step by step making sure to go over proper body work and technique.

*Note-Make sure you keep your arm straight and have a good free hand while your do the circle part of the trick. Make sure your arm rotates all the way around. Also make sure you follow through on the toss so it goes up and down right in front of you.
