Eternity's E2 is bonkers if you know how to use it. No Pickles, no dispel, just damage. You do need to stack hp on your characters though, or prepare to die~

Anyway, the team. Eternity's E2 allows her access to the bloodtithe mechanic and buffs her special stat "Blood of Immortality." How this works is at the start of a round, each ally loses 20% hp, which feeds the bloodtithe counter. At 10 bloodtithe held currently at the round's start, "Blood of Immortality" upgrades to rank 1. At 20 bloodtithe, it upgrades to rank 2, which allows both her skill cards to gain a +1 Moxie (meaning each Eternity cards generates 2 Moxie as opposed to just one). At 30 bloodtithe, her "Blood of Immortality" upgrades to rank 3, which allows her to instantly cast her ult at the start of a round when there's 10 bloodtithe currently held and also doubles the multiplier of all future ults (my Eternityis P1 so it's 350×2 for 700%, P0 would be 300×2 for 600%). Also, each rank buffs her hp and attack, capping out at 60% additional hp and 120 attack for each 1000 hp Eternity holds.

What all that number salad means is lose a crap ton of hp and Eternity hits like a truck. It does take a while to get there though. In this run, she hit like a wet blanket until round 11, but there exist optimizations to get her running faster (like swapping Name Day for Semmelweis, but some people don't have her so I used Name Day for Ultimate Might Up).

As for other characters. Stack hp. The way bloodtithe works is 3000 hp lost (self inflicted) equals 1 bloodtithe point. Ezra, MedPoc, and Eternity lose health based on percent hp, meaning the more hp you have, the more hp you can lose. Use ashen beast for even more hp loss. Lastly, never use the bloodtithe heal. Every one of those points needs to be for Eternity ranking up and ulting.
