Mbarara's Archbishop Lambert Bainomugisha ordains 4 priests in Kabale Diocese.

In a joyous ceremony held on Sunday at Our Lady of Good Shepherd Rushoroza Cathedral, the headquarters of the Kabale Catholic Diocese, Archbishop Lambert Bainomugisha of the Mbarara Catholic Archdiocese ordained four deacons to the priesthood. The newly ordained priests are Rev Fr. Crescent Niwamanya from Rushoroza Cathedral and attached to the Missionaries of Africa, Rev. Fr. Henry Moses Ariho from Kitanga Catholic Parish and attached to the Missionaries of Africa, Rev. Fr. Fabias Ariganyira from Christ the King Parish, Kabale attached to Spiritan Fathers and Rev. Fr. Davis Ahimbisibwe from Rushoroza Cathedral attached to the Diocese of Houma & Thibodaux

During the ordination, Archbishop Bainomugisha encouraged the newly ordained priests to fervently spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world with unwavering passion. He emphasized the significance of their calling and the responsibility they now hold in shepherding their respective flocks.

Hon Dr. Chris Baryomunsi the Minister for ICT and National Guidance who was also the chief guest at the function referred to the day as a truly special occasion where Christians were able to witness, feel, and revel in God's generosity through the gift of the priesthood. Baryomunsi further says that the event highlighted the communal celebration of faith and the importance of supporting those who dedicate their lives to serving the Church.
