50g Okinawa brown sugar 沖繩黑糖
1 heap tsp of organic coconut oil 有機椰子油
320ml water 清水
250g glutinous rice flour 糯米粉
125g starch 澄麵粉
sunflower seeds oil for brushing the tray 葵花籽油少許
