A tetrachord is a term used in music theory to describe a collection of four notes. It is frequently used when talking about scales; referring to the first four notes as the lower tetrachord and the top four notes as the upper tetrachord. I made a mistake in a solfege video, erroneously switching the two designations. In this video I explain what I did, the correct usage of the term and show you some examples on the piano.
