I used the following:
Mackay emissions control vacuum hose - 6mm (1/4 inch) inner diameter, this is the house which goes onto the breather bolts.
3/8 inner diameter rubber grommets ×2
These were used when i drilled holes in the air cleaner backing plate.
1/4 X 3/8 X 1/4 Tee 3-Way Hose Barb Brass Fitting Fuel Connector, this is the fitting where the 2 hoses join into one.
3/8 inner diameter fuel hose approx 1 meter in length cut to size, this is the hose which runs between the t conneconnconnepod filter.
1x DK customs catch can.
1x CNC Rear Brake Fluid Tank Reservoir. I purchased this to use the bracket it comes with to hold the catch can. Still waiting on it in the mail here's a link

I also used two hose clamps which span from 6mm to 16mm and about 6 zipties
