The Five SuperChair at Breckenridge Colorado is a four-person detachable chairlift that services the lower trails on Peak 8. It is one of eight high-speed quads at the resort, and was installed a year after it's sister lift (Rip's Ride) in 2023. It replaces an older Riblet double of the same name, and gets riders to many different trails and terrain parks from just one ride.
During the summer, the Five Chair is modified to service an alpine slide, which stops 3/4ths of the way uphill to a mid-station area where both riders and alpine slides dismount. Riders for the alpine slide ride every 1st and 2nd chairs, while the 3rd chair carries alpine slides on modified carriers. The lift operates at a snails pace to prevent miss-loads and off-loads and to remove slides carried by carriers when it operates in summer.
