♡ Set an intention: “I’m working on ______”
♡ Breathe, begin, and trust your pace
☕ During Breaks:
♡ Stand up & stretch
♡ Sip water or tea
♡ Step outside for fresh air
♡ Or dance to one feel-good song 🎶
