As the name implies, the Seven Day Roguelike (7DRL) challenge is a jam about making a roguelike/lite in seven days. I was interested in trying to make a random weapon generation system, so I made a top down shooter with that as the focus. I also incorporated an elemental weakness system, encouraging the player to swap back and forth between weapons to get an advantage.
