Weekly Vlog: Anniversary Lunch, Sugar-Free Lifestyle & Charity Highlight! (Plus Elderflower Cordial)

This week was eventful! It began with celebrating our wedding anniversary with a delightful lunch at a lovely local pub that we shall absolutely be returning to, followed by some wonderful time in the garden.

I gave Dr. Jart’s BB Premium Beauty Balm a go as it has high sun protection for my hyperpigmentation - so far, so impressive! If you’re after a product that combines high protection with great coverage, I highly recommend it.

I’ve started The Kinder Plan with Charlotte from Balancore Nutrition to address my sugar intake, which was beginning to get ever so slightly out of control. Biscuits are my weakness! Cutting the sugar has been tough, but the plan has helped me regain control and I’m feeling better every day.
