We are driving the Dempster Highway! Here's how we prepared for such a remote journey!

Driving the Dempster Highway is one of the most incredible, and challenging road trips in Canada. We're planning to drive almost 900 kms of remote, gravel, pot hole filled roads out of cell reception to reach the Arctic Ocean!

In this video, we share everything we did to prepare for this remote journey to the Arctic Ocean, from vehicle checks and spare parts to food, fuel, and safety gear.

The Dempster Highway stretches 740 km from Dawson City, Yukon, to Inuvik, Northwest Territories, with few services along the way! We’ll take you through our full preparation process, offer tips for staying safe in such a remote region, and share what we learned before setting out.
