Full video of the 1st Annual Diaspora Enrichment Awards presented by Jerk Soul. My motivation behind creating this award ceremony was to highlight support for the wonderful members of the African Diaspora who have returned to Ghana to add value back to the Fatherland.
I decided to honor over 35 people in the categories of community impact, real estate, bridge building, social media, culinary, etc.
Hosted by Tim Swain, this was a beautiful evening of black excellence on the continent.
It isn't easy to leave everything you know and move (back) to Africa. These folks did it. These people put their everything into their business or project. I saw their hard work and saluted them.
