My new fuel injector cleaner machine has already paid for itself. I suspected this truck had severely plugged fuel injectors, or, at least one injector was completely plugged at idle, since it would idle only on 5 cylinders. A full tune up helped, but still the idle was still intermittently rough, poor throttle response, and a puffing/ pulsing exhaust. This truck now idles and runs great !! Throttle response is back, what a difference. wow!
