HeeSun Lee along with Kei-Kei challenge the status quo of what a female rapper is supposed to look like, sound like, act like, and represents. HeeSun Lee believes that we need more images of women in this light, to begin to change the minds of what viewers and listeners expect.
Too long have we made up our own rules reserved for women because we feel that they can never match what a man can do. But, not anymore. HeeSun Lee isn't the first and she wont be the last of a line of strong-willed, aggressive yet poised and humble women that desire to challenge the status quo.
