playing the new speedrun challenge on modded PLants Vs Zombies but i've never done a speedrun before

The Plants Vs Zombies DLC Mod has a secret challenge mode section. Containig brand new pvs challenges in the form of brand new levels that are similar to the plants vs zombies mini games. However unlike the pvz mini games, this plants vs zombies challenge page has much harder levels with very specific conditions to beat the challenge level. The pvz challenge I played in this video was the "Speedrun" challenge. The speedrun challenge has the specific win condition of having to beat the level in only 6 minutes, and 45 seconds. The thing that makes this pvz challenge so hard is that the level is 3 flags long. So with the level being 3 flags long, and the level having the requirement of beating it in only 6 minutes and 45 seconds, this made for a very hard pvz challenge. Not even mentioning that, I have never attempted to speedrun plants vs zombies before. I don't know any pvz speedrun strategies, plants vs zombies speedrun tips, or what the plants vs zombies world record speedrun does. So with knowing how this plants vs zombies speedrun challenge works, understanding that I have to speedrun a 3 flag level in just 6 minutes and 45 seconds. AND understanding that I have never done a plants vs zombies speedrun before, this lead for some plants vs zombies funny moments as I played through this pvz speedrun challenge level.
