I'm excited to share some pregnancy stretches I've been doing in my third trimester to release tension and pressure in the lower back and hips! As pregnancy progresses, more pressure is placed on your pelvis and lumbar spine. Use these stretches to feel better and also relieve the tension and rebalance your body.
