Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a pandemic disease that is now spreading across the world. More than 3,5 Million people have been infected and more than 250,000 people have died from COVID-19 this year.

To protect your family, and to prevent the disease from spreading in your community, you are encouraged to take the following precautions:

1. Stay at home. Do NOT gather at shops, churches, and other meeting spaces. Do NOT travel outside the camp.
2. If you are returning to camp health agencies must be informed immediately to be able to provide technical, essential medical support and health advice to protect you, your family, and your community.
3. If you do not feel well, immediately seek medical care/assistance at the camp hospital/clinic and follow their guidance.

These temporary measures will protect your family and your community. It may be difficult to change our habits, but these small changes will save many lives.
6 Steps to Prevent Spreading COVID-19
1. Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
2. Cough into your elbow, not into your hands, always wash hands after
3. Avoid touching your face
4. Practice social distancing by distancing yourself 1-2 meters away from others
5. If you feel sick, immediately go to a health facility for medical advice
6. Avoid large crowds and avoid travelling during this time especially big holidays.
Food card system will continue operating in all 9 camps, supplies will continue to come into camps and there will be sufficient food items supplied to all camp vendors. There will be sufficient charcoal supplies provided to support food needs.
