"Informal presentations" in this video series are short speeches, often of improvised character (impromptu speeches), that a Project Manager delivers spontaneously and with minimal preparation. Imagine that a Project Manager arrives on the project and finds out that one of the team members has just gotten promoted or he or she needs to inform the project team that an important deliverable has been accepted by the sponsor. Therefore, the question is: What do you say or do as the leader of this team?
