Circuit Breaker at COTALAND | Full Plaza Walkthrough & Ride Interaction

Circuit Breaker is officially open at COTALAND, located at the iconic Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in Austin, Texas. In this video, I take a full walkthrough of the Circuit Breaker plaza, showcasing the ride interaction, F1-themed pathways, high-quality landscaping, and the beautiful station area during both daylight and nighttime.

This video also captures the unique atmosphere of the plaza — including hearing the onboard audio from the ride while standing outside — and highlights how the coaster weaves directly through guest areas. You’ll also see the red and yellow trains rolling through the station, plus reactions from Swizey, CoasterCakes, and my daughter Millie after their first ride.

I also provide a quick update on Texas Wildcat, which appears mostly complete but is still awaiting station assembly and concrete work, making it unlikely to open during Peppermint Parkway.

I’ve visited Circuit Breaker multiple times — including during the opening of Peppermint Parkway — and share my honest thoughts on the ride experience, the $50 ride pass, and why I’m still choosing to get rides in while it’s operating. Circuit Breaker delivers a smooth, whippy ride, strong pops of airtime even with vest restraints, incredibly comfortable seats, and a fantastic ride crew.
