How can you train for strength? What kinds of exercises and activities might you include if you are planning a strength training programme? This video covers three ways of training besides the standard training format where each set consists of the same load and numbers of reps. First, I discuss how to do #pyramid training along with the different types of pyramid training (ascending, descending/reverse, and triangle pyramids). Second, I talk about #eccentric training, which is sometimes also referred to as 'negatives'. Finally, I explain how to do Variable Resistance Training (aka #VRT; sometimes also called Accommodating Resistance Training)
