Mohali: Serious concerns over the law and order situation in Zirakpur resurfaced on Friday morning following a sensational daylight robbery and firing incident in Aerocity area. Armed criminals targeted a senior bank official, looted gold ornaments worth around Rs 4 lakh, and opened fire as he attempted to escape, narrowly missing him.
The victim, identified as Sudhanshu Kumar, is chief manager with the State Bank of India and resides in Aerocity
