Rock and Roll is my religion. And I'm a HOLY ROLLER!

This was an unplanned last minute video shoot!
When we shoot professionally we shoot with 6 to 8 video cameras and a couple of computers for graphics as well as using a black magic ATem mini extreme iso of which we have 3 for different occasions!
This allows us to stream all six cameras or more plus computer graphics live and be able to remix them later using daVinci resolve..

Since this was last minute, I also didn’t have my extra regular camera person with me so my Drummer helped me do the shoot.
We had no control over the sound, this was sound recorded off of a camera, normally I would also do at least 32 track live as well!

I had originally intended to go see Mad Libby and just check out one of my new cameras and gimbal, and decided last minute to go ahead and load up whatever I had batteries charged for…
So there’s no color grading done to this nor no time spent working on the sound just live and a quick mix and edit in final cut pro!
Also a mixture of 4K and 1080 cameras as well.

So the camera used for sound was a Sony Nex VG10 built in mic!
And I’d say 1/2 of the shots used were off a Sony FDR-AX 33
that was on a tripod hand held over the top of the helpers head!
This one was supposed to be turned on to 4K instead of 1080, it has a built in gimbal inside the camera on the lens that’s nice!
And we used a Sony FDR-AX1!
Also had brought a Samsung 360 video camera that works great for bands as well, but no time to set up so it did not end up used🙃
And the new for me Sony A7lll & Ronin Rsc2 gimbal love it!!!
Other than the A7 we have two of all cameras talked about above to use but only used 4 out of the 10…
