29 and still living at home with my parents...why I'm not ashamed

I still live at home with my parents, and this is why I'm no longer ashamed of that.
I know if I saw a video about this then it would've helped me when I was struggling with shame. I would've felt less alone with it. So I'm hoping this video will help someone out there with the same 🧡
